Your son in law? You mean, you haven't done a build, not to create a "ghost gun" (oh my god) from a kit, but just to be able to build one of better average quality for less than buy off the rack, selecting the manufacturing vendors based on pricing and quality, components weighted on what your preferences are, what parts you put your money into, the satisfaction of building one, piece by piece from butt plate to front sight, knowing it inside and out, and it performing flawlessly and accurately? I have been shooting and dealing with weapons, basically all my life, but never got as much pleasure out of taking one to the range than this one, I built.
