Historically the party not in power DOES retake control during mid-term elections. The fact that the Democrats took back the House is NOT histroric or a 'shock' - they were expected to.

Hey, fuck the GOP, but that is not true. They has 40+ incumbents retire earlier this year. There were over 120 seats in play. Those are horrible conditions, and the Dems only managed to pick up 27??? Less than 30% of the seats that were actually in doubt?

They has 40+ incumbents retire earlier this year. There were over 120 seats in play. Those are horrible conditions, and the Dems only managed to pick up 27??? Less than 30% of the seats that were actually in doubt?​

The GOP had 40+ Reps retire at one time and yet President Trump and the GOP still lost FAR FEWER seats in President Trump's 1st mid-term election than Barry and Bill did AND became only the 3rd President in the last 100 years to actually ADD seat!

Once again President Trump surpasses not only anything Obama ever did but also almost every President, in this case, any President in the last 100 years has done!

In their 1st Mid-Term Elections both Clinton and Obama experienced 1st hand what a real 'WAVE' was, as they lost a helluva lot more seats than President Trump did, and neither one of them ADDED any seats like President Trump did. Democratic House oversight?!

As I said, the Democrats are going to take over and turn the Senate into an un-supervised kindergarten run by a bunch of tantrum-throwing kids who want revenge for their hand-picked felon candidate losing the 2016 election. All they will accomplish is waste more time and tax payer dollars because their efforts will go no further than the House.

The Democrats should also be careful what they ask for - they want more investigations? They might just get them.

Mueller's Witch hunt has already exposed a conspiracy that started in Obama's Cabinet and included his DOJ, NIA, CIA, FBI, foreign spies working for the FBI, Russians, and a Special Counsel working with the DOJ and foreign spy before he was named Special Counsel. Mueller and Rosenstein have both perpetrated Obstruction by refusing to turn over subpoenaed documents. The US IG has already recommended at least 1 conspirator for indictment which Rosenstein has refused to do.

With Sessions now gone and a REAL US AG in charge of the DOJ, Democrats may just get more investigations...that could result in Hillary, Abedin, Mills, Holder, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Strzok, and possibly even Barak Obama himself going to jail!
