An investigation in Romania found that the advertisement on TikTok for the “pro-Russian” candidate was not paid for by Russia, but by the local pro-European party.

The party considered Georgescu an unpromising candidate and thus wanted to draw away voters of his rivals to him... Interesting...

A demonstration in support of Calin Georgescu took place yesterday in Bucharest.

After the first round, he confidently defeated the pro-European candidate. The authorities canceled the elections under the pretext of “Russian interference”.

* Romania was part of the Warsaw Pact - read Communist - read Fascist - read Stalinist - read Cold War.
* Many years later Mikael Gorbatjov strolls in to remain Communist but to reform the Warsaw Pact and catch up with the whole idea of "freedom" - improved Democracy - end of the Cold War.
* "The West" pretty much takes over to assist those things called Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Choice and ..... wait for it ..... Democracy.

So tell me Ringo, why are the "Western" advocates of Democracy & Freedom in places like the US, EU, NATO, Romania, etc. now cancelling Democratic elections?

NOTE: The Warsaw Pact disbanded itself while NATO expanded to take in former Warsaw Pact nations and to even incorporate NEUTRAL countries such as Sweden and Finland!

Georgescu and supporters detained today in Romania, this is what happens when anyone goes against NATO and the official narrative on Ukraine, the Fascists already annulled the Presidential election after things didn't go their way in the first round so looks like they want the man out of the way before another election, if the AFD had won in Germany who i don't support by the way it could have happened there, democracy my arse these people are Dictatorial Fascists, i hope the people in Romania get on the streets.

As for the AFD yes it could be seen that way but they are a loose cannon and the Reich can't risk them going off pist in the future.

It most certainly can be seen that way if I am correctly judging them by the standards of AfS, i.e. no NATO and send the immigrants packing.
