It is the inherent right of all members of a republic to be heard by their representatives.

The problem is Congress, not the demonstrators.
Congress is way too inaccessible.
They do not represent the people because they do not listen to the people.

Congress cannot control immigration, because it is a process of deciding whether or not they have legitimate reasons for wanting entry.
It has to be case by case.

And the reality is that the cause of immigration is US backed dictators making life bad in almost all countries south of the border.
