Federal District Court judge Orders Return of El Salvador Citizen from El Salvador

You appear to be confused. Even if the father of three legally residing in Maryland for a decade, with no criminal record, had been seen wearing a Chicago Bulls cap, he is protected under the 5th and 14th Amendments.

The Court reasoned that aliens physically present in the United States, regardless of their legal status, are recognized as persons guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. Thus, the Court determined, [e]ven one whose presence in this country is unlawful, involuntary, or transitory is entitled to that constitutional protection.
Again, I support the Constitution and the Supreme Court being respected.

We are a nation of laws.
What you presented does not confirm your doofus contention. No constitutional rights are mentioned. Some legal rights do exist per the referencing

Our laws are for us. Not for people who storm in here, break laws, and then want “law” to relieve them if their criminal repercussions

Funny, I don't recall you saying that as thousands per day were streaming across our border under Biden...So, now you can cry us a river.

I disagreed with it, but do not challenge their authority.
Did you post disapproval of the Senator who literally threatened the Supreme Court between the leaking of the decision, and the announcement of it?

You forgot to answer if you respect the president.

I was and remain unaware of any senator threatening the Supreme Court.

If a senator did, how was he disciplined by the senate or anyone else?

Attempted diversions aside, let's focus on the current potential constitutional crisis.

Do you respect the president?
No, certainly not.

That's very different matter from respecting the presidency.

When Trump was elected, I did not attack police defending the Capitol when the will of the People was to be certified.
