I think you missed a post by me.
Like i said even if it was 3 teapartiers who were doing the yelling it was 3 morons and less than 1% of the crowd.
To portray the entire crowd as being represented by the under 1% that yelled out stupid comments is dishonest.
Let's not give the Tea Party crowd too much credit. While only a couple actually said "let him die" the crowd as a whole applauded when Paul was initially asked about the hypothetical case and replied .....He made his choice let him face the consequences
What are the consequences to someone in a coma who does not receive medical care?
Yes, if you choose not to get health care then you will end up having to go into debt to pay for your medical expenses.
What is wrong with being personally responsible for taking a gamble with your own personal health by choosing not to buy health care?
Then again I live in a state where, before romneycare, the state paid for things such as the situation you described. Now we all pay more for insurance, wait longer for appointments, and have trouble seeing specialists but we all have coverage (or pay a fine to the gov)
During the Republican Debate, Ron Paul was asked about a hypothetical young man without insurance who gets sick. Ron Paul said you have to live by your choices.
When the moderator asked, "So we should let him die?" and then the audience started wildly cheering, "Yea, let him die!".
And how many of those people in the audience were old and fat? Well, from what they were showing, most of them. How many have Medicare and Social Security? And they were cheering, "Let him die?" because he had no insurance?
I thought it was bad enough when they cheered when Rick Santorum talked about ending "Medicare".
These people are insane. What other explanation could there be?
The Tea Party reminds me of Vlad III the Impaler. He once invited all of his sick and poor subjects to his place for dinner one night. He sat them all at a large banquet table, lit the room on fire, and closed and locked the doors. That was his solution to the problem of the sick and poor. Its very similar to the Tea Party's.
I gotta wonder though, who did the rich get to plow their fields after he killed all the poor?
Any physical resemblance of Ron Paul and Vlad the impaler is strictly a coincidence
You stopped our discussion and moved on to insulting ron paul's looks?
