This just goes to show that the leftoids who post here only know what they are told to post and talk about.

No one told them about this fact of law.

Oh, well.

Except he isn't just deporting undocumented immigrants.

He's deporting students, relatives of American citizens, and people who have been legally granted asylum

LOL

He's deporting illegals and those on visas, students, who pi$$ all over America.

Who are the asylee's you claim were deported?

Relatives of citizens who are here illegally get no special benefit.

Um, first Amendment says you can piss on America if you want to. (Not that the protestors who are complaining about how Zionists have hijacked our country are pissing on America. Sometimes you guys have to realize Israel isn't the 51st state.)

Trump is revoking protected status from people who were previously granted asylum or seeking asylum.

And, uh, yeah, relatives of Americans ARE granted protections.

Not if you are our guest and preach violence, and hatred of groups, as those you were referring to have done.

I think you mean the parole program, not asylum. Please link to where asylee's are getting deported, as you claimed above. You seem to have moved the goalposts, and parole is only for a limited time.

Nope, relatives of ciizens here illegally do not get some automatic protection from deportation.

YOu guys are sooooooooooooooooooooooo desperate for this to be someone else's fault.

It's pretty damn funny.
so cute.

point out that what trump is doing was done by a predecessor, and you say 'neener neener, that doesn't make trump doing it all right.'

how childish

It’s Hate speech.

Just because you don’t see a judge doesn’t mean you aren’t receiving due process,” Sanders said.

Under the expedited removal process, immigrants who have been in the country illegally for less than two years and are apprehended within 100 miles of the border can be deported almost immediately without going through a court hearing.

The exception is asylum seekers, who must be granted a hearing.

Pointing out what a bunch of shitheels the Zioinists are isn't hatred or violence.

Parole was until they could get a full asylum hearing, which under US Law, they are entitled to. Trump is violating that law.

Yes, they are entitled to protections and consideration.

During Trump's first round of shitting on the constitution, one of my neighbors was deported, even though he was married to an American. When she applied to get him back, they even tried to claim she wasn't a citizen (her birth certificate was signed by a midwife in Texas.) But eventually, they lost and he came back.

Eventually, the courts are going to slap Trump down, and after he gets done wrecking the economy, Congress will treat him like a lame duck.

It’s Hate speech.

No, it isn't. The Zionists are committing Genocide. If that offends your sensibilities, maybe you need to look at yourself.

But, heck, it's not like they're killing white children, amiright

Also, it amazes me that you fucking wingnuts, who have complained about hate speech laws oppressing free speech for decades are now all for suppressing speech you don't like.

That IS the law that Trump is following Joe

~S~

Except he's not following the law, you stupid fuck.

The law says that every one of these parolees is entitled to a hearing about whether or not their claim to Asylum is valid.

In the case of Garcia, they ruled he could not be returned to El Salvador.

The problem is, the immigration courts are horrifically understaffed, and cases take years to resolve.

The solution is simple enough. Hire a bunch of lawyers to hear these cases. Reassign lawyers from other departments (We have 44,000 lawyers in government employ, but less than 1000 work on immigration.) Process these cases quickly and expeditiously, as the law requires.

The reason why Trump doesn't want to do that. A fairly large percentage of them would be granted permanent residency.

It’s a war. You clearly support Hamas which is your choice but while Hamas supporters can exercise free speech just like Black Lives Matter, the KKK, ANTIFA, and NeoNzis, no protest or free speech can infringe on the rights of others….. which is exactly what these pigfuckers did when they disrupted the library.

So, no asylee's have been or are being removed, as you keep moving the goalposts; parole is for a limited time, and as if hundreds of thousands have any valid claim of asylum, FFS.

The Constitution was shit upon by Joe Biden and his 10++ million he waved across the border. The Constitution is for the American people, not hordes of illegals.

Being married to an American and being an illegal does not guarantee anything.

As pointed out by the government in a recent filing for a stay, parole is a case-by-case basis, not some blanket BS that Biden pulled.

"... the INA permits the Secretary to grant parole to aliens “on a case-by-case basis for urgent humanitarian reasons or significant public benefit,” and it permits the Secretary to revoke that parole whenever “the purposes of such parole shall, in the opinion of the Secretary of Homeland Security, have
been served.” 8 U.S.C. 1182(d)(5)(A).

The previous Administration granted parole categorically to aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, resulting in the parole of 532,000 aliens into the United States."

Also from the government's above filing for a stay:

... The INA clearly bars judicial review of such discretionary decisions: “Notwithstanding any other pro-
vision of law * * * no court shall have jurisdiction to review * * * any other decision
or action * * * the authority for which is specified under this subchapter to be in the
discretion of * * * the Secretary of Homeland Security.” 8 U.S.C. 1252(a)(2)(B)(ii).

From 2022 to early 2025, then-Secretary Mayorkas granted two-year terms of
parole to some 532,000 aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela in so-
called CHNV special parole programs. He relied on categorical migration and country
rationales—for example, that encouraging aliens from those countries to use parole
to enter the United States would deter surges of illegal entry at the southwest border.
See, e.g., 88 Fed. Reg. 1243, 1249 (Jan. 9, 2023) (Haiti).

But he was clear that parole could be summarily terminated. His notices creating those programs advised: “The Secretary retains the sole discretion to terminate the process at any point,” and “DHS
may terminate parole in its discretion at any time.”
