Driving a moped

driving a moped doesnt mean than anything is my fault.
I have every right to drive it as long as I have my driving privileges and don't break the law with it.

So does everyone else.

And every accident doesn't amount to a murder charge. There's a huge difference between an accident and vehicular homicide or manslaughter.

What do you want to bet the OP thinks that because he's riding a pink little moped, any accident can't be his fault?

Andrew36.... in a few weeks from now...
Note how driver of car is without a scratch, while moped driver can only barely move.

All the moped rider remembers hearing was the screeching of tires, and a loud "CHA-CHING"!

if I died, that's a murder charge.
50 to life, bare bones minimum.
Then they can sleep on a slab of granite for so long, the pattern will turn into a tattoo on their back, before they get out.
lol
:)
You'll still be DEAD. But, you'll be right! You've entered an inherently dangerous sport. Beware.

its not my job to be a coward, its your job to watch the fuck out and mind the road.
I do my job.
You do yours.

Some one, once again, tries to give you good advice and go all macho on them.

I quit riding years ago, because I didn't want to end up a greasy spot on the road. But an old riding buddy of mine had a philosophy about riding a bike. He said "You have to act like you are invisible to all cars & trucks, AND they are out to get you".

Yeah, you can sue them and their insurance company. But what would be a minor fender bender in a car can put you in ICU or the morgue if you are on a bike. Especially such a little bike.

Make sure you leave lots of space around you. Make sure, when you change lanes in front of another car, you do it with plenty of space behind you. They can't stop as fast as you can.

If you drive aggressively, they will blame you as well. The car driver will get a fine. Murder is for when they intentionally kill you. I can see you zipping in and out of traffic until some big pickup truck doesn't see you.

I got my motorcycle license last Friday and I bought a Yamaha Xmax 292cc Scooter today and then I went to the DMV and registered it and I got insurance on it.
One of the people here where I live told me to be careful because people around here could hit me.

I said that if anybody hits me, first they're going to jail because i'm pressing charges and then I'm suing them and their insurance company..
so its they who better be careful, because I show their new hampshire ass that their license doesn't say "drive however the hell you want once the trooper gets out and says you passed".

Secondly, my scooter goes up to about 85 mph, that's more than fast enough for any traffic.

She said... "holy shit"... I replied... yeah, holy shit, I actually have rights, holy shit... new hampshire really did go to the dogs...
lol
Why would they go to jail, dumbass?

they'll warm to the rules of the road or take the fucking bus, granite state boy.
period.
The state trooper's job is to lock em up when I say I press charges for vehicular assault.
"Granite state" doesn't mean shit.
I told you so.
Sorry! You would have a hard time even accusing anyone of vehicular assault.

Question: Does your "moped" have pedals so you can ride it like a bike? If not, it is a motorcycle. I rode a Yamaha Riva 180 and it was classified as a motorcycle, even my Yamaha QT that I rode in college. No pedals - not a moped.

Like everything else he posts, the moped story was probably just more BS.
