The barriers / bollards are missing on Bourbon Street. The road paving to clean up the FQ for the Super Bowl most likely had them removed but the city and the chief of police must not have thought putting a few concreted barriers there would be a wise idea. NOPD Chief Fitzpatrick needs to answer for this.
