'The victim vehicle was rendered disabled, as the suspects proceeded to rob the victim,' the California Highway Patrol later confirmed.

You must be wrong as the laws in California dont allow a handgun in a car unless it has some of it's parts in another car and they don't allow ammunition either. Matter of fact they don't allow nothing but a couple of felonies, all your cash, and maybe a $100 fine from the Smell Police.

But that is their job and if carried out professionally it should be most lucrative .

They will probably not serve time in the goofy USA if they do not carry or use big violence .

They were probably going to take the car too but it crashed. If he was a female they probably would have raped him.
