Most of those suggested reparations should come from ENGLAND--according to the 1619 Project, that is when slavery in this North America started. this comprises over 150 years of ENGLISH importation of slaves from Africa. I contend that any reparations should be paid for by the people responsible for bringing this scourge to the US. Additionally, there is the issue of who profited from the sale of those people into slavery--their contemporaries in Africa. They also would be responsible for the lion's share. Collect from them.
