Donations for server hosting?

I gladly donated $10 in the first month but I am reluctant to donate $10 every month. I think the USMB should post a financial disclosure to give the membership a heads up.

Acting as if $10 means something nowadays. Your age is showing... A cup of coffee back in the 60's and 70's cost a nickel and/or a dime. I can't even buy a cup of coffee at the restaurant for a $1 today. So that means your $10 is worth about $1 in 60's and 70's money since I can only get about 10 cups of coffee today with that bill.

Do you ask Wal-Mart for a fifty percent or more discount or do you save that demand for your local retailers, as you go to the local retailers for donations to some just cause instead of Wal-Mart too?
