Donald Trump is poised to run away with next week’s Republican primary in New York, a new Wall Street Journal/NBC New York/Marist poll shows. The New York businessman leads his closest rival, Ohio Gov. John Kasich, by 29 percentage points among likely Republican primary voters, 54% to 25%, the poll finds. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz is a distant third, as the top choice of 16% of likely Republican voters. The results for Mr. Trump mirror a survey released earlier this week by the Journal, NBC News and Marist that also showed the Republican front-runner with 54% support. The biggest potential...

Well, it looks like DT will get the nomination.

And the Dems will have an historic win that will rival 1932.

Are you watching the protests? The anti Trumps are trying to turn this into a religious war. Good deal!

99% of the Sanders people will line up right with the Clintonites. They may not like each other very much, but they, with exceptions of 2 or 3 weirdos, hate Trump and Cruz.

Very likely. You have only Harlan Hill, a nobody, saying something he cannot empirically document, and neither can you.

Sanders people want a fairer America for all citizens, thus they will not go to Trump.

Polls in NY show Trump sinking fast. The last one shows him under 50%, which is disastrous for him in NY.

He had to be over 50% Had to be.

Polls routinely show his support 5% better than real. They have't fixed that. I still say he will get 43%. Which means he will get under 50 delegates, which means he might as well give up

You poor thing.
You are our resident 'Baghdad Bob' here when it comes to denying reality while having your nose up Hillary's asshole.
Trump will easily get 50% of the vote in NY state.
Angry and frustrated upstate New York swings behind Trump

Think you are wrong, but your conclusion is right if he does not get 50%.

he can't get over 50% to save his life.
Let's see Baghdad Bob.
Trump is 100% guaranteed to win every Primary in the N.E. in the next couple of weeks.
Trump goes into CA only needing 20% of the Primary vote.
BTW. There's something 'brown' on your nose.
Get back to us then asshole.

Baghdad Danny is crapping himself in the corner again. I don't think Trump can get 50%, but if he does and takes the nomination, he only guarantees a historic Dem Sweep.

Hillary is doing almost as bad as Trump, but not quite as badly as Trump.

If it is Trump vs Hillary we are going to see record low turnout. If it is Cruz vs Sanders, we will see record high turnout

Trump will guarantee record turnout from the Dems, which will translate into a down ballot smashing of the GOP majorities in the state legislatures and governorships, the House, the Senate, and keep the WH blue.
