Donald Trump Calls for Judge Juan Merchan to Be Disbarred

I definitely agree to its truth. It just has no bearing. I saw a dog, piss on a fire hydrant, but that as no effect on the verdict and was not mentioned in testimony either. What's you point, or do you have one?
I'll explain it to you like I would a child:
Trump was embroiled in all sorts of legal drama and still kicked Kamala's ass.

The verdict of the jury was read out loud, guilty on every single felony count charged. The only thing left not done is whatever sentencing is handed down. Don't count on it being much, but it is doubtful, he will be throwing out the verdict.

Try not to think about it.
Stop parroting the MSM and the Democrat party. The 34 charges against Trump amounted to a check, invoice and voucher. Hardly a master crime. How do you get 34 counts out of that?

No, they're made-up 'felonies' crafted by Anti Trump Merrick Garland's appointment of another anti Trump operative Jack Smith. Then their case is tried before an anti-Trump Judge and an anti-Trump NY jury. The whole case was based on what these idiots think Trump was thinking at the time of the supposed bookkeeping 'crime.' No this is not right and barely legal. Here, do some reading. Either read it and come back with a salient question based on the article or I will consider you not worthy. :laughing0301:

They nailed Trumpy on the "supposed bookkeeping crime" cause they had his books.

You are confusing State of New York with the Federal Government. If you don't like the laws of the State of New York, move there, run for office, win, and try to get them changed before the next time he transgresses their state laws. Simple. Go for it.

Yes and he did not hide his books they just went through them, found this and figured out how to charge him. You really do hate Trump don't you? You'd rather go along with a corrupt system.

So you agree that NY's justice system is corrupt. And, of course, everyone should just SFTU. Great.

I hate him with a passion

Close. According to the State of New York, he was involved in illegal drama, went to trial and kicked Kamala's ass later, but that had no effect on state laws in New York or any other state. It did affect federal cases, that had not come to trial, due to pretrial appeals and procedure questions, used to stall. It is unlikely Trump Justice Department lawyers would have their heart in the game after the election, if they were going to be fired or moved before trials could be held, or afterward. Of course, that means nothing to the State of New York. Its just reality.

BBC reckons an unconditional discharge -

After sentencing, do you think he will appeal?

Fake, sliced and diced charges. You really gonna make a stand on that feted Democrat/Marxist swampy ground?
No, MAGA white trash. Wrong again.

A jury of Trump's peers found him guilty of 34 felonies.

Quite crying like a little ***** and accept reality for once in your miserable, pathetic loser life.

Basically, just Election interference?

Just Lefties trying to jail their opposition. Putin kills his.

Uh, the state of New York? It was in all the papers and on the news. Surely you heard something about how the trial ended and the jury's verdict. You should study Objectivist Philosophy. Reality is not up to the observer, it is not inside your head, it is not in the hands of the gods. It is out there, whether you ignore it, try to interpret it, deny it or attempt to reconcile it away with things that do not affect or change it. And, don't even try to shake your fist at God, as he doesn't give a shit about the view inside your head of reality.

Possible. I am betting on guilty as charged and found by the jury, with little or no penalties assigned. It is unlikely the verdict will be thrown out, no matter what the British Broadcasting Company thinks.

And still buried Kumala.

She's still alive and well fool.

One cannot help but notice the contrast between the most honest President in history, who is about to be buried with all honours due a President who helped the nation become the most powerful in the world, as the most dishonest and corrupt President in US history is about to be inaugurated - again.

This is how far your nation has fallen in the past 50 years. You've gone from electing honest decent men to your highest office, and replace them with the most dishonest, corrupt criminals you can find.

Tell us again, how much you love the USA.

17 checks and 17 invoices. He kept committing the same crime, over and over again.

How stupid are you not to understand the charges? They're really quite simple. Every time you commit a crime, it's a separate crime. Every invoice was a crime. Every check was a crime.

Every cultist is a gullible fool.

The verdict has not been entered. Try not to think about that. LOL, and after the sentencing, should there be one, the appeal will doom Merchan and Bragg.

Yes, not thrown out, but an unconditional discharge. So no prison etc.. just the criminal conviction on record. That record he could appeal against
