He needed to use better judgement and he knows this, which is why he stated that people should go after the organizers of the event as he claimed he had no idea they were going to protest inside a church.

I believe in free speech. I dont think he should go to prison. However, he should pay a fine and an apology. There were kids there who had to deal with these fools.

What I found interesting about this video was that while they did show a few clips of the actual riot (when you're not invited, and don't leave when told to, it's a riot), these were without audio an just inserted as a visual background to the host & guests speaking.

You can do anything you like but it wasn't a riot... It was a peaceful protest...

There was no violence...

What makes you say it was an activist judge? Do you know anything about the case or are you just spewing hot air like a good like cult member?

I can easily sight case laws and US codes that prove Don Lemon was involved in a criminal conspiracy with rioters....and that he committed a terrorist act, as well as infringed on Christian's rights to worship God without harassment or political persecution.

5 judges refused to proceed with the case. So the feds most likely convened a Grand Jury and they found enough evidence that showed that Don Lemon had broken several laws.

The evidence was in his own videos which he foolishly broadcast all over the internet. He openly admitted to be involved in a conspiracy to commit the crime and tried to act like he was a journalist interviewing the victims.
Don Lemon isn't working for any legitimate news organization. He doesn't have any special protections. He didn't even try to hide his knowledge of the conspiracy nor did he try to act like he wasn't involved in committing the crimes that took place.

The truth is anyone can self declare themselves a journalist. The question I always have is, "what are you investigating or documenting"?

They screamed at some worshippers as to why they arent protesting the deaths in Gaza. In fact, I might view this as a violation of your civil rights which defends peoples right to political freedom. They are trying to BULLY them into protest an issue they arent interested in.

It would have been peaceful if they had stayed outside and did all of that yelling there.

Instead they invaded the church's sanctuary and bullied worshipers, causing them to fear for their lives, and blocked many of them from exiting the building.
