Don Lemon Arrested

Justice Dept will lose again

Lemon is a journalist covering a protest
What do we need a trial for? We have random internet keyboard jockeys who read a headline. They can tell us what's going on.

You don't get to interrupt religious services by screaming during them.

You have the right to peacefully assemble and petition government.

As you guys keep pointing out, religion isn't government.

Even in venues that are open to the public, attendees enter what is considered an "unwritten contract" (unless considered a "written contract" by law, if they purchase a ticket) to abide by the rules and requirements set by the property owner.

And as a result, a public event does not make the church public property, and never will.

It figures MAGA morons celebrate the arrest of a journalist. Since when do these idiots give a damn about the first amendment or the Constitution. So long as they can get their “penis hard,” that is all that matters. No wonder this nation is going down the authoritarian tubes.

Don Lemon is no longer a "journalist" and live-streaming a protest doesn't necessarily make him one. Any dickhead with a smartphone can do that. He's nothing but a left-wing hack who was interfering with other people's right to worship.

Turnabout is fair play, ya know. If you folks want to argue that "assault weapons" shouldn't be protected by the Second Amendment, I'll argue that neither is the First Amendment protected by smartphones, because they didn't exist in the 1700s.

I can easily sight case laws and US codes that prove Don Lemon was involved in a criminal conspiracy with rioters....and that he committed a terrorist act, as well as infringed on Christian's rights to worship God without harassment or political persecution.
Excellent. Please do so along with the evidence tying him to these acts.

5 judges refused to proceed with the case. So the feds most likely convened a Grand Jury and they found enough evidence that showed that Don Lemon had broken several laws.
Sounds like an assumption to me. And if we are making assumptions off those facts then statistically speaking the odds are that the activists would be the feds not the 5 judges.

The evidence was in his own videos which he foolishly broadcast all over the internet. He openly admitted to be involved in a conspiracy to commit the crime and tried to act like he was a journalist interviewing the victims.
Don Lemon isn't working for any legitimate news organization. He doesn't have any special protections. He didn't even try to hide his knowledge of the conspiracy nor did he try to act like he wasn't involved in committing the crimes that took place.
Point to this evidence then. All I’ve seen are videos of him interviewing people and saying he isn’t part of the demonstration he’s just covering it.

The FACE Act does not apply to journalists nor supersedes the 1st amendment.

Let's assume for a minute that Lemon is actually a "journalist"...

The FACE Act (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act) applies to anyone, including journalists, who uses force, threats, or physical obstruction to interfere with people accessing reproductive health services or places of worship. The law protects the rights of individuals and does not contain a specific exception for media personnel, meaning journalists can be charged if they participate in or facilitate the obstruction of these services.
  • Application to Journalists: If a journalist goes beyond simply documenting an event and actively participates in obstructing, intimidating, or interfering with worshipers, they may be subject to charges under the FACE Act.
  • Legal Precedent & Context: Recent (2026) legal actions have seen journalists arrested and charged for allegedly violating the FACE Act during protests at churches, with prosecutors arguing that the Act covers the protection of religious liberty and that no exemptions exist for the press.
  • Defense Arguments: Journalists arrested under such circumstances often argue their actions are protected by the First Amendment as they are reporting or bearing witness, leading to legal debates over whether their actions constitute reporting or active participation in an illegal act.
While journalists have broad protections to cover protests and events, they are not exempt from federal laws that prohibit breaking into, or obstructing access to, private facilities like churches or clinics."

More Justice Dept political intimidation

They will lose Bigly
I would support armed men in churches and would vote innocent in a court if they blew away people like those who showed up there last week. We know where this is going. Communist doctrine.

.

They blocked off the exit from the church so parents could not get to their children who were in Sunday school, and taunted the children with filthy lies about their parents.
