I wonder what the Federal claim is here, and can't find it on the internetz. Are they arguing jurisdiction because he crossed state lines? Usually this would be a state crime-which he has been charged with. Just wondering what the Fed jurisdiction is.

Note my later post. I was not being critical just curious.It was an act of domestic terrorism as well, considering his target and his complaints about the healthcare system, which does cross State lines as well.
