DOJ looking for ways to ban trans people from owning guns

Should kids be allowed to have guns?
How about retards?
How about crazy people?
How about non-citizens?
How about criminals?
How about probable mass shooters?

Limiting or refining gun rights is a good thing.

There's a distinct difference between being born "intersex" which is rare compared to being born a sex or gender and deciding to switch genders, that's just mental
.

They know that. They use a tiny splinter of fact and try to turn it into a Louisville slugger with which to pound their sick ideology into the mind of our culture.

They live in desperate fear of the time that this will become obvious to the majority, and even a child can see how disingenuous they are.

Mostly agree, but this has nothing to do with the topic.

Limiting or refining gun rights via "red flag" laws is a good thing.
Red flag laws are too subject to be abused. So, no.

One of our daughters commented recently on this sudden "trans" movement. She nailed it, an attention seeking fad with a potential disaster result

I was struck by an experience that illustrated this. I was on the bus with a bunch of middle-schoolers sitting in the back, and they were talking about this "trans" stuff, in a tone much like we used to talk about a new fashion trend or a new song on the radio by a popular group.

It's a fashion trend that has already killed MANY, including two Catholic children in Minneapolis, may they Rest in Peace in the Light of Heaven.

Totally agree. Again, nothing to do with the topic, but yeah, it's an ill conceived fad.

The thing is, many of us also see MAGA as "an attention seeking fad with a potential disaster result". But I wouldn't try to use that as an excuse to take away your gun rights. That would be an abuse of government power.

The mental misfits are sure upping their game recently

Yeah, anyone with normal genitals who thinks they are the opposite sex, are severely mentally ill. We now have 2 mass shooting incidents by trannies for proof.
And all the other ones by males. What the hell is wrong with you people? You literally want to eliminate gun rights you fuckers.

Trans are mental defectives, that should preclude them from legally owing firearms.
Well that's an opinion, people are complex as is their behavior. What is normal for you isn't necessarily normal for someone else.
Now we just need to get "mental health professions" on board with that notion.
Yes, just start advocating for eugenics, that's all you have to do.

Well, that's part and parcel with their newfound ideology.

Do you believe that everyone is either XX or XY? Be careful.
I believe the VAST MAJORITY...like 99.8%... of transgender people are either XX or XY... meaning their gender wasn't "assigned at birth". They are factually born male or female.

If one person in 100,000 is born with 9 toes, the other 99,999 weren't "assigned" 10 toes at birth.

Intersex is nature and science , because nature does not care about your insecurities of mortality .

Intersex is a general term for an organism that has sex characteristics that are between male and female.[1]
...
Intersexuality can occur due to both genetic and environmental factors[4] and has been reported in mammals, fish, nematodes, and crustaceans.

Intersex people are those born with any of several sex characteristics, including chromosome patterns, gonads, or genitals that, according to the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, "do not fit typical binary notions of male or female bodies".[1][2]

XX male syndrome, also known as de la Chapelle syndrome or 46,XX testicular disorder of sex development (or 46,XX DSD) is a rare intersex condition in which an individual with a 46,XX karyotype develops a male phenotype.[2][3][4][5][6]
...
In 90 percent of these individuals, the syndrome is caused by the father's Y chromosome's SRY gene being atypically included in the crossing over of genetic information that takes place between the pseudoautosomal regions of the X and Y chromosomes during meiosis in the father.[2][7] When the X with the SRY gene combines with a normal X from the mother during fertilization, the result is an XX genetic male.

XY complete gonadal dysgenesis, also known as Swyer syndrome, is a condition resulting in a female phenotype in an individual with a 46,XY karyotype. Though they typically have normal vulvas,[1] those affected typically have underdeveloped gonads, fibrous tissue termed "streak gonads", and without hormone replacement therapy, typically will not experience puberty. The cause is often, but not always, inactivation of the SRY gene, which is responsible for sexual differentiation. Pregnancy is sometimes possible in Swyer syndrome with assisted reproductive technology, and, in at least one case, without it.[2][3][4][5][6]

In typical prenatal sex differentiation, the male and female embryo is anatomically identical until week 7 of the pregnancy, when the presence or the absence of the SRY gene on the Y chromosome causes the undetermined gonadal tissue to undergo differentiation and eventually will become either a pair of testes or ovaries respectively.[4]

I'm an NRA member, so would I support any law that affects "the right to bear arms?". NO

However, public safety requires some regulation of firearms. State Red Flag laws appear to be legal constitutionally.
Due process could be that a judge reviews the "red flag" and decides if that person is psychologically capable to own guns. If not, the FBI and local police should be notified. A very small cohort of citizens would not be allowed to have guns, yet mass shootings should be prevented/reduced. Many mass shooters were simple to predict if red flag laws were available.
