I believe the VAST MAJORITY...like 99.8%... of transgender people are either XX or XY... meaning their gender wasn't "assigned at birth". They are factually born male or female.

If one person in 100,000 is born with 9 toes, the other 99,999 weren't "assigned" 10 toes at birth.

Contrary to the propaganda put out by the trans phobes, we agree that not all of those experiencing gender dysphoria are really transsexuals and candidates for transitioning. However, public safety requires some regulation of firearms. State Red Flag laws appear to be legal constitutionally.

Any police officer, or true constitutionalist will tell you that you shouldn't be relying on police, or politicians to "keep you safe"...

Due process could be that a judge reviews the "red flag" and decides if that person is psychologically capable to own guns.

What training does a judge have that you or I don't?

We have to get back to common sense, and honor the rights guaranteed in the constitution. Part of that is to stop using inflammatory language like "fascist" or worse... What's going on is people are noticing that these school shootings, but not limited to, are being carried out by these deeply disturbed Trans people...That's why we have laws passing the way we do, in the attempt to stave off the "lynch mobs" as it were...

If they want to effect gun crime, crack down on illegal gun possessors....
