The only reason it hasn't been legal is that its easily grown.

Booze can create problems if you overdo it. The main problem with pot is it makes you think you are much smarter than you are. Potheads talk jiberish and think they just changed the world. Tax dollars? Give me a break. If they take in a billion they will distribute it to various social programs and the streets will keep falling apart.

Should we ask for an audit of pot Commerce instead of the Fed? I believe there is a positive economic multiplier, whenever there is two million or more, in revenue.

Being in the middle of it here in Colorado, here are a few things that have changed- more people will use it, much higher potency will be available, more will overdose especially with edibles. It's not all rosy, and many things need to be refined in dealing with it as a legal drug.
