You tell us, scumbag.Which of those "filling in" had recent experience as warning coordination meteorologist, or service coordination hydrologist in that district? The sheriff in the area said he received the early warning, and then nothing until 911 calls started coming in after the flood was there. The NWS should have been in constant communication during that time. Why weren't they? Wasn't that the warning coordinator meteorologist's job? Oh, that's right, they only had someone filling in in that position, not someone experienced in that position
