I don't doubt that, RGS.

We usually disagree on every subject but I sense (and I don't doubt animals do as well) that you are sincere and in your own way pure of heart.

You cannot bullshit most animals because they can smell insincerity.

And dogs?

Dogs that live with humans understand those humans better than those humans understand themselves.

You can fool yourself, but you can't fool your dog.

But, do we know the relationship between these 2 dogs?
Maybe it is grand-ma and grand-child. I doubt, that the dog would have saved the other dog if they are not in a bloodline relationship.
