I'm not a democrat but the left is so tied to them that I answered "yes" for them.

Its the nature of politics.

Lying and deceit is/are terrible. What is truly damaging though is what is legal and above board.

Thanks to the actions of the GOP, we now know it's possible for the US Senate to simply not confirm any SCOTUS justices and can decapitate the high court. And it appears to be perfectly legal. The framers never thought that we'd have men in office who would pull such crap and just ignore their responsibility or duties but we do; they left no remedy for what to do when constitutional officers or bodies simply refuse to do their job or fulfill their obligations. So here we sit with an executive who just ignores the other two branches and there is no remedy. Trump was just the first one to pull it off but it could have just as easily been a democrat.
