Zone1 Does This Sign Refer to Diversity and Inclusion?

.

The idea they somehow aren't welcome ... And would need to be told they are welcome ...
Is the idea the sign is promoting ...

If you need me to ... I can explain how programming people how to think ...
Insists on program the bad as well as the good ... Creates victimhood in the process ...
And with the intent to support way more than what the sign suggests.

.
Sounds like warped reverse logic to me. There is nothing wrong with a sign saying everyone is welcome. I don't mind churches that have it, either.

Really ... Where did you get the idea, they weren't welcome?

Think about what you posted ...
And why wouldn't it sound like that to you ... If what I said was true?

It's not reverse logic ... Think about 'teaching the bad with the good'.
Do you know why two-year olds can play with each other with no bias or feeling of being excluded ...
Because they haven't been taught what to think yet ... Or why to think it ...

....

I mean I guess it is okay ... If you want to believe it all happens on accident ...
And that the human condition ... Is not the result of conditioning ... :auiqs.jpg:

The same sentiment could have been conveyed with a simple "Welcome!" which implies Everyone. By adding "everyone is" the implication is that somewhere, someplace, everyone is not, which has nothing to do with the sentiment at all and only goes to further the subliminal political point that was the reason for the poster in the first place---regardless of what the teacher says out loud.

Or is it just to be taken literally that everybody truly is welcome? I'm pretty sure that it's about diversity and inclusion and the teacher knew exactly what she was doing when she put it up on her classroom wall.

OhPleaseJustQuit, JGalt, toobfreak, Blaster, Rambunctious, LA RAM FAN, what do you and other people on here think?

To me the sign is pretty tame, but this is the example of when one side has so much push for so long, and has gone so far beyond something as innocuous as this, the blowback tends to over-reach.

One minor quibble, that white is albino, not "white" as most people see it.

The "issue" with this sign - is that it clearly tries to point out that different (all) races/ethnicity are welcomed.
And this simply pisses of Racists.

You guys consider anyone who doesn't follow the SJW line as a racist, or a bigot, or sexists, or transphobic.

That's why those words have no meaning anymore.

DEI wasn't about all are welcome, it was about all except one are welcome.

And that "one" changes, depending on what position was trying to get unearned power.

Spare me with your pathetic MAGA excuses

A racist is simply someone who degrades or views others to be inferior, due to their Race and Skin-color.

As such, someone who finds a banner/sign that welcomes ALL races, to be offensive or not to be allowed to being displayed - is a RACIST

Over and Out

Reported for not being able to play nice in Zone 1.

I degrade other's views because their views are wrong. Nothing involving race or the source.

Not if it implies, as DEI does, that said racism can only come from ONE of the groups.

I have no need to "play nice" with people like you.

Again for you to read:

The banner implies someone isn't being welcoming, and with DEI that's always people who are white.

If you straddle a line others will cross it and that's what the school is trying to prevent.... but I bet something is missing... there is another sign or something this report is missing.... or not showing...

The banner is welcoming EVERYONE regardless of race and ethnicity

Therefore the only person that would twist it into; - not feeling welcomed, is a RACIST
That YOU are one - is therefore evidently obvious.

That's what has happened since the DEI people have decided to corrupt what was once a message of equality.

Equity implies someone putting their thumb on the scale to tip the issue in favor of a certain viewpoint.

You simply refuse to differentiate between being identified as a RACIST based on:
A person who degrades or views others to be inferior, solely due to their Race and Skin-color. Or someone;

due to e.g. personal experience might state; that White dude is stupid - are in turn called falsely racists by people like you.

Now listen dude: I am not interested to further entertain your dumb and infantile games - so trot off Racist.
