The religious are allowed to discriminate based on their theories and practices, everyone else needs to comply with what ever rules of natural laws are imposed in the area. I have never been to a baker which makes you sign a disclosure on being served.

Get rid of protections for social media companies and let them live in the real business world where they can be sued and pay for damages when violating ones right to express themselves.

Why should creepy social media company be protected by the state from operating in the normal rules of commerce?

What’s ridiculous is how ignorant conservatives are; most are being willfully ignorant.

Nothing ‘happened’ to freedom of speech; the doctrine of freedom of speech concerns solely the relationship between government and those governed, not between or among private persons or private organizations, such as social media.

How social media edit their content doesn’t ‘violate’ free speech.

You likely knew all of this already; but as a dishonest rightist you lie about conservatives being ‘censored’ and make false claims that free speech is being ‘violated’ in an effort to sow discontent in the political process.

Public accommodations laws for businesses open to the general public are Constitutional pursuant to Commerce Clause jurisprudence.

Social media are not subject to public accommodations laws, they’re private organizations at liberty to determine membership.
