Yes, I am sure they do. Probably only on serious threats, but who knows.

Message boards get reported too. I was on another board when one of the regular lunatics went on an anti-George W. crusade. He eventually posted threats. The FBI called on him and he stopped coming to the forum.
 
I can't remember where I read it, but I was reading something about that earlier today.
Facebook, Best Buy and Geek Squad report people to the local police and the FBI. Geek Squad is a part of Best Buy.

It has been disregarding the Constitution since 911 and the Bush administration. Partisans only see it when the other party is in office though.
