What does the public record say?

The NYC Dept of Bureaucracy was moving the project at a pace that current kids’ kids might some day skate there, so Trump stepped in and gave the city a lesson on how business guys get things done efficiently, affordably, on time, etc. Whereas Barry would have instead read off the TelePrompTer, “Well, these things just take time...we...we have to learn patience these days...in our...new world of yada, yada, yada...”.

eminent domain is rarely used & when it is, it is to be used by the local government to benefit those living within the city limits as a whole... NOT by a private citizen to benefit the private citizen's private biz'nez. but that is who your president is & that is what your president does. trump is all about enriching trump.

Eminent domain has nothing, whatsoever, to do with city limits. How do you think highways, power lines, gas lines, and border walls are built?

Eminent domain is also used effectively to rehabilitate areas which are blighted. It has been, in my opinion, been misused at times but that has been remedied by the individual states.

actually it does have to do with city limits when it concerns a local 'business & it's usually about the tax base being effected to benefit local prop taxes .... trump's casino parking lot did not benefit anybody but himself... now understand this....
