Does China have oil?

it seems with it all around it and as large as China is they must have oil.
Perhaps quite a bit of it is yet to be discovered?

It's very likely but they'll sit on it until it's absolutely necessary.
I know Vietnam has an assload of unharvested oil. They have diamonds out the yang too.
That movie didn't work out well for Rockefeller.
