When you have states which actively enable illegals to enter, go out of their way to protect them, throw food, healthcare and other benefits at them, grant them driver's licenses and all kinds of other governmental identifying cards, many of them the prerequisite for registering to vote, then fight tooth and nail to keep people from needing too much ID in order to show up at the polling place and resist cleaning up the register of voters of dead people and those who've moved, it would take an idiot to conclude that some of these people (millions) are not taking advantage of voting in order to vote in people who will keep providing them with entrance, jobs, protection, healthcare, homes, income, welfare, and benefits.
