People in favor of taking $605 Billion from the above list of 8 billions leaving them each $1 billion don't seem to know that:
1) Not all the $605 billion taken is cash.
Facts: According to the new Billionaire Census from Wealth-X and UBS, the world’s billionaires are holding an average of $600 million in cash each—Billionaires are hoarding piles of cash

Above 8 billionaires have $4.8 billion in cash.
This means the rest is in stocks, bonds, property and that's it.

You have to have "buyers" for the $600 billion in assets.
