On a radio show I listen to the lady was explaining how calculated and pre planned this whole abortion thing was. It's been planned out for years. Cases being heard and decided on in the lower courts years ago for the sole purpose of laying the ground work to set up these current cases where they are going to challenge Roe V Wade.
