I love it when the article says that Christians are tired of the GOP because they are greedy, but are not as put out about abortion. Guess what, most Americans have abortions based upon financial concerns. I think you will find greed alive and well in America, even among poor folk.
As for abortion, the question is, is it murder? If it is, you may as well vote for members of the Nazi party. All told, Progressives have murdered over 50 million unborn children. In fact, the Nazi party was all about free health care and entitlements and the rest. Do you expect us to believe this was because of their moral superiority?
No, the reason they offered the German people the nanny state was to quell a war weary nation, steeped in genocide by buying them off. And guess what, it works.
Hmm? A war weary nation steeped in genocide. If abortion is, in fact, murder, then the US has travelled down the same dark road it seems.
Here is a little fact regarding religion and killing children. It used to be that ancient religions often sacrificed children to the gods. And guess why they did it? They did it for better fertility, better crops, better weather etc. They killed their children for financial convenience and ease and comfort, much the same reasons people have abortions today.
Then along came the God of the Bible who asked Abraham to sacrifice his own son, however, God stopped him after telling him to do it. This story sent a message to the ancient world. It sent a message that the God of the Bible does not tolerate such evil.
I've always said that progressives are at war with children. First they try to kill them before they are born. Then they try to run up debt that they alone will be forced to deal with it. Then the offer these same children a public education system that ranks 48th in the world. And last but not least, they collude with universities around the country to allow universities to continue to drive up the costs of college by allowing interest rates to decrease so that families can still afford to send their children to college, at the price of crushing debt when they graduate. The cherry on the top is that this debt is inescapable thanks to the government legislation. It is by far the worse debt you can ever have.
