Never have been impressed with cognitive exams that have been part of my annual physical since turning 65. It simply consists of a name and address given at the beginning of the exam and then having to repeat the information from memory around 10 or 15 minutes later. And so far, each year the name/address never changed.

From my exam last held 12 months ago: John Brown, 42 West Street, Bedford.
John Brown: famous abolitionist
42: WR Paul Warfield's jersey number
West: Jerry West
Street: Della Street
Bedford: It's a Wonderful Life city is named Bedford Falls

I think it's because the military has been depressed for so long, waning numbers, horrible morale under the DEI mandate of various leftwing regimes. The president wanted to showcase the military, show it's a new day. Every branch is way up in recruiting thanks to President Trump. He wants to give them some public love and have them celebrate with him.

An honest cognitive test would have shown Biden's dementia. The Democrats covered up Biden's mental issues and their dishonesty blew up in their faces.
