The irrational sell off of good stocks with the bad, whether forced selling, etf and high vix means opportunities of a life time on extremely high dividends and stock price growth in the long term.
There were even KNOWN (warned)INTENDED to call PREFERREDS being sold dollar or more under par =easy money= (quick stock price profit +1 or 2 more divys before call)=12-14% profit for buyer- and a losing out for the clueless seller selling it off.
