When the January 6th committee releases its final report next month, it should become clear that Donald Trump can no longer run for elected office, according to the Constitution.

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

McRidiculous thinks the propaganda from a partisan congressional committee is akin to a legal determination. 😂🤣

Keep dreaming, BibleBoy.

Maybe some day before your life is over, y'all will be able to say "WE GOT HIM!"

Then they'll pick their heads up, look around and realize that no one else gives a flying rat's patoot.
That's the deal. Look at how completely obsessed they are about something which, in the grand scheme of the universe, doesn't mean shit!

Odd, the 14th specifies many things except PRESIDENT. They included ELECTOR of, but not the office itself. Sounds like a matter for the courts, not Congresscritters with an agenda.

File a federal suit to disqualify Trump. But why? If he is the GoP nominee, the Republicans will lose up and down the board.
