What should Muslim Disney worker do?

Disney offered a Muslim employee a new head covering inspired by a 1900’s style, which is the design of the Grand Californian Hotel where she works.

Disney released an illustration, below, of the costume that the employee, Imane Boudlal, rejected last week. Boudlal is accusing Disney of religious discrimination for refusing to let her wear her own traditional hijab, a head scarf, that is part of her Muslim religion’s tradition of modesty.

Disney provided three options of head coverings, including the one below, or four job options in which she could wear her own head scarf. Another head covering was a bonnet with a hat on top:

She applied for the job knowing the uniform requirements.

Wasn't there a story like this last year at this time, only the girl worked at Hooters?
