Look ahead of you, see that dot on the horizon? That's how far ahead of you I am.

So your answer to my question regarding deadly force is.......dammit! Humanity beat me to it! :D

Yeah, funny isn't it Achmed, in civilized societies you don't get away with throwing big rocks at people's heads.

Yes, but in civilized societies you arrest them and put them in prison, you don't shoot them.

It looks like some of the Pali Nazi lovers are auditioning for being Pallywood photographers.

Let us all agree that these Jihadi animals need to be arrested or send to their 72 virgins:

They look like "children" with the pacifiers still in their mouth, don't they? Ha ha ha ha!

In civilized societies law enforcement has a right to use lethal force against anyone that is threatening to harm them or others by throwing rocks at them. I just showed you ample evidence of it.

Again with the the bigmouth with the rocks in his skull brings up "rocks". If law enforcement in other countries is allowed to shoot and / or arrest people who throw rocks at them or civilians, why should Palestinian animals who commit what is considered criminal aggravated assault get a pass?

Where, other than in Zionist Israel, are soldiers or police allowed to use deadly force against children throwing stones?

  • In the United States, rock-throwing could be a felony[14][15] and rock-throwers could face criminal charges, dependent on the circumstances that may include second degree murder,[16] aggravated assault, throwing a missile into an occupied vehicle, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment of life, and aggravated assault with a lethal weapon.[10][17][18] Punishment upon conviction varies as with all punishments for all crimes. A Florida judge sentenced a teenager to serve life in prison for throwing rocks at cars.[16] A New England judge, ruling on teenagers convicted of throwing stones at passing trains, at windows, resulting in eye injuries to passengers, sentenced them to be kept in an eye-injury ward of a hospital for two weeks with their eyes bandaged, in order to make them understand the consequence of their delinquency.[19] Rock throwers can be charged, tried and convicted even when no injuries or damage result.[20]
  • In Great Britain, expansive legislation on public disorder introduced in 1986 allows stone throwers to be sentenced on average to 3.5 years in prison if the criminal justice system can prove that the action took place in a riot.[21]
  • Under Australian law, rock throwers can be sentenced to up to 5 years in prison, under American law they can receive very long sentences and even be sentenced to life in prison.[16][22][23] Under American law, individuals who were part of a group engaged in rock-throwing can be convicted and imprisoned even if they did not personally throw any missiles.[24][25]
  • In New Zealand, individuals who throw rocks at cars can serve 14 years for endangering transport.[26]
  • In Vietnam, youths convicted of "vandalism and battery" for throwing stones at vehicles have been imprisoned.[27]
  • In Turkey the Islamic Justice and Development Party (AKP) introduced a range of legal measures criminalizing both Kurdishpolitical claims and protest activities by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK). The harsh sentences handed down against stone throwing children (taş atan çocuklar) led to a public outcry and to an amendment reducing the length of the sentences on the grounds that it was inappropriate from ‘a criminal justice point of view’.[28]

Rock throwing during riots is a criminal offense, for which rock throwers can be charged with felony crimes, including assault on a law enforcement officer.[45][46][47][48] Incidents of criminal rock throwing have resulted in arrests during sports riots, especially notable are incidents of rock-throwing football hooliganism.[49]

  • In the U.S., charges vary by state. For example, in New Hampshire , Oregon individuals who throw rocks during demonstrations can be charged with riot, also called "criminal mischief,," a felony.[50][51][52]
  • Turkey presses charges and imposes prison sentences for the crime of being part of a group throwing stones at police, even when the rock-throwers are 15 years of age and younger.[53]

Rock-throwers on the Mexican side of the border between the United States and Mexico frequently target United States Border Patrol officers with barrages of rocks to prevent them from apprehending individuals illegally crossing the border, particularly smugglers moving illegal drugs or illegal migrants across the border.[58] Between 2010 and 2014 Border Patrol agents were assaulted with rocks 1,700 times, they fired weapons at rock throwers 43 times, resulting in 10 deaths.[59]Border Patrol agents are permitted to respond to rock-throwers with lethal weapons, although as of 2014 policy is that they should attempt to avoid finding themselves in situations where responding to rock-throwing with lethal force becomes necessary.[59][60]

Stone throwing rioters have repeatedly clashed with Egyptian troops at the Egypt-Gaza border.

    • In 2008, Gazans assaulted Egyptian border guards by throwing barrages of rocks over the low, concrete border wall topped with barbed wire, then tore down a section of the wall, opening a road and moving goods and people across for several hours before the Egyptian Army, avoiding the use of lethal force, managed to regain control of the border.[65]
    • On January 6, 2010 Hamas called on Gazans to protest the Egyptian border blockade; Gazan men responded by massing at the border and throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails at the Egyptian security forces, who responded with gunfire.[66]

Throwing rocks at people

Rock-throwing can be used by thieves, as demonstrated by a 2015 case in India in which Ratan Marwadi (45) was charged with throwing rocks at a random passer-by, Darshana Pawar, for the purpose of disabling and robbing her. Pawar was killed. Her murderer, Ratan Marwadi, had previously served time in jail for pelting rail commuters with stones with the intent of robbing them.[54]

Nice bit of copy and paste that failed to answer the question!

"Where, other than in Zionist Israel, are soldiers or police allowed to use deadly force against children throwing stones?"?

Answer...

NOWHERE!

Answer, you're a moron. It's always the youth that are doing the "rock throwing" does it matter if the Pali terrorist wanna be animal is 15 or 17 or 21?

Not my fault you can't even ******* read:
  • Turkey presses charges and imposes prison sentences for the crime of being part of a group throwing stones at police, even when the rock-throwers are 15 years of age and younger.

Not my fault you can't even ******* read:

But it is your fault for not reading the question asked.

Rock throwers, regardless of age do not get a pass just because they're Pali animals and the people being attacked are Joooos, Achmed. Besides, the cowards are all wearing masks.

Very familiar.

In any case, the South African police shot rock throwers at the Sharpeville Massacre and the UN issued Resolution 134 against South Africa which considered the rock throwers unarmed and peaceful:

"The Security Council,

Having considered the complaint of twenty-nine Member States contained in document S/4279 and Add.11 concerning "the situation arising out of the large-scale killings of unarmed and peaceful demonstrators against racial discrimination and segregation in the Union of South Africa",

“The officers used legal force to prevent injuries to themselves and others,” Sant said. “Certainly there is no evidence of malice.”

“I believe that a unanimous jury would not find the presence of malice or absence of good faith in this case.”

BREAKING: The deadly #Pasco officer involved shooting of Antonio Zambrano-Montes is justified. #PascoShootingpic.twitter.com/Yu7MT4MuTS

— #YourLocalABC (@KAPPKVEW) September 9, 2015
Police said that Zambrano-Montes had been throwing rocks at vehicles when they arrived, and that he threw at least one “softball size” rock at the officers and ignored their order to put down the rest. The officers claimed that the Taisers they employed had “no effect on the subject.”

Two of the officers were injured by the rocks and were treated at the scene, according to the Seattle Times.

The incident sparked months of protest over police force against minorities in Pasco, an agricultural center and majority Latino community in eastern Washington.

Very familiar:

Rock-throwing that injured teacher results in jail sentences

LEWISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Three young men apologized to their victim on Thursday after a judge sentenced them to time behind bars for throwing a rock from an interstate overpass, striking the woman in the head and causing her severe brain damage.

A judge ordered Dylan Lahr, Tyler Porter and Keefer McGee to serve at least 4½ years, 1 year and 10 months, and 11½ months for the July 2014 attack on Interstate 80 in central Pennsylvania that injured Sharon Budd.

"I thought the judge would be just, and he was," said Budd, a middle school language arts teacher from Uniontown, Ohio, after the hearing. "It's hard to look at their faces and not feel bad for them."

The minimum sentences are the earliest they could be released from county jail or state prison. All three have much longer maximum sentences and will be on probation for many years. They also were ordered to pay restitution.

Lahr, 18, who was given credit for spending the past year behind bars, was shackled around the waist as he asked Budd directly for forgiveness.

"I'm sorry, Sharon," he said. "I feel horrible for what has happened and for what you and your family had to go through."

Porter said he was sorry and that he wished every day the attack had not occurred.

McGee drew a response from Union County District Attorney Pete Johnson when he told Budd: "I shouldn't have let my friends do what they did."

"Calling these things bad choices or mistakes, I think, demeans what it is, which is the expression of criminal intent, the criminal choice," Johnson told Judge Michael Sholley. "And that deserves punishment."

Budd has already undergone seven surgeries after the rock that crashed through the front windshield of her car destroyed much of her skull, part of her brain and one eye. She and her husband were passengers as their daughter drove them through Pennsylvania, on their way to see a show in New York, when the attack occurred.

Budd's husband, Randy, called the injuries "a lifelong sentence for Sharon."

"We have four children," Randy Budd told Sholley. "They always went to Sharon. Now they come to me. Sharon always took care of them. Now they take care of Sharon."

A fourth man, Dylan's brother Brett Lahr, 20, previously began serving at least 18 months after pleading no contest to a conspiracy count. Porter, 19, pleaded no contest to conspiracy to commit aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. Dylan Lahr pleaded guilty to trespassing, agricultural vandalism and two counts of aggravated assault. McGee, 18, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

"It feels like a result that is appropriate," Johnson, the prosecutor, said afterward. "I can't say, when you're done with this kind of thing, that anything feels like justice."

Authorities say the rock-throwing culminated a day of troublemaking that included shoplifting steaks, breaking a window in a neighbor's home and driving through a cornfield, causing damage. A truck driver also reported damage from a rock in that spot around the same time.

Dylan Lahr and Porter will serve their sentences in state prison, where Brett Lahr is incarcerated. McGee was allowed work release while serving his time in the county jail.

Randy Budd said he has begun a campaign to increase safety fencing on interstate overpasses.

Police are allowed to murder children in the U.S. especially black children. This is an anomaly in the U.S. criminal justice system..

Normally citizens are convicted of murder if they shoot and kill rock throwers.

So, in all that bullshit no where does it say that the majority of converts to Islam become violent.

He pointedly omits this bit

"Neither Islam nor conversion to it is a threat as such, and only a small minority of Islamic converts actually turns to violence.[2] However, although the percentage of violent converts is small, evidence suggests they constitute a growing pool of hundreds, if not thousands, of very dangerous people who represent direct security threats."

It's an interesting article, the whole thing is here Violent Converts to Islam: Growing Cluster and Rising Trend - globalECCO

Can't read?

"evidence suggests they constitute a growing pool of hundreds, if not thousands, of very dangerous people who represent direct security threats."

So, where does it say a majority of converts become violent terrorists? Not only can't you read, you can't comprehend you dimwit.

"Evidence suggest a growing pool" of convert dirtbags like you, become violent terrorists. There is no other religion but Islam, that causes people to become mentally ill violent terrorist animals like Islam does.

Yet there are a thousand religions in the world and Islam only accounts for a third of the population. Most of the people on this earth we share don't believe in Islam.

Anomaly my ass:

Milton 'rock-thrower' convicted in stabbing
A Milton man who made news earlier this year for throwing a rock at a car has now been convicted of stabbing a woman and causing a car crash that endangered her 1-year-old child.

Gregory Omar Johnson, 30, was convicted by a Santa Rosa County jury Thursday of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and child abuse, according a State Attorney's Office news release.

On Jan. 8, 2014, Johnson got into an argument with a woman in the 6500 block of Palomino Drive in Milton, according to the release. During the course of the argument, Johnson reached into the vehicle and stabbed the woman.

The victim reversed her car in an effort to get away, and her car crossed Palomino Drive and crashed through a neighbor's fence and into a tree. The woman's daughter was in a car seat in the back of the vehicle.

Johnson was hanging out of the passenger side window at the time attempting to stab the victim when the crash occurred, and afterward he fled the scene, according to the report. The victim was transported to Santa Rosa Medical Center, where she was treated for her injuries.

Johnson is facing up to 40 years in prison for the incident. His sentencing is scheduled for June 9 before Circuit Judge John Miller. Assistant State Attorney Jason English prosecuted the case for the state of Florida.

In February, Johnson was sentenced to 35 years in prison for aggravated battery on 65 years old or older with a deadly weapon and throwing a deadly missile into an occupied vehicle.

During an argument with the same woman from the January incident, Johnson threw a rock and hit a 71-year-old man in the head.

Johnson has numerous prior convictions for charges including battery, possession and resisting an officer with and without violence.

Jews haters want to give a pass to these Pali animals:

The Palestinian claim to Jerusalem can no longer be viewed with any legitimacy. You often hear of Palestinians claiming Jews have no roots, and therefore no claim to Jerusalem. But in September a 10 year old Russian tourist Matvei Tcepliaev discovered a stone seal at the Temple Mount from the time of David; which made clear once and for all Jews do have historical roots, and thus a superior claim to the city of Jerusalem. All he had to do was sift through some dirt.

The seal was dated to be some 3000 years old, to the time of King David's conquest of Jerusalem, and the building of the First Temple by his son, and heir, Solomon. This means that Jews were present in Jerusalem at least 1000 years before Muslims built The Dome of The Rock there, also meaning Jews were most likely present there for a longer time before that.

This also confirms numerous Biblical passages regarding Jerusalem in the 10th Century BC. Palestinians and pro-Palestinian supporters have long since tried to conceal that fact. All their arguments and revisionism have been soundly routed.

I also can't help but chuckle at the fact that Muslims in their attempt to hide this damning evidence unwittingly led to it's discovery!

Answer...

NOWHERE!

rocks are used to kill. that is deadly force. Israel take action to protect its citizens from attacks.

Yes, the Israelis are behaving exactly as expected for an Apartheid state. And Aris, the latter day Nazi, cheers on the Apartheid state behavior.

"Police said Thursday that they shot to death two black men and wounded another during clashes in Aliwal North, in the volatile eastern Cape province, where black mobs built barricades, stoned police cars and government officers and set fires to shops and a private house.

In Mothabeng, west of Johannesburg, police under attack from rock-throwing youths opened fire with shotguns, wounding six.

In violence reported in at least nine other black townships, police arrested about 30 people and battled with rock-throwing mobs and crowds of youths setting fire to schools and other buildings. Two other youths were injured."

Achmed Monte prefers that Pali animals get a free pass, and be allowed to kill and maim Israelis with rocks. But wait, they're "children" and they still have their pacifiers in their mouths while throwing said rocks!

After all, Muslims are experts at throwing rocks, especially when it comes to STONING people to death. Now that's their favorite activity. In the West we go to movies or restaurants on weekends, in Monte's Muslim world, they go to a nice stoning.

Look, they're just "children" I can see the pacifiers still in their mouth!

Imagine THAT hitting Monte in the head, oh but wait, he's a little child:

Looks like a child to me, what is he, like 5, 6?

Come on, he's just a "kid" throwing these "little" harmless rocks. Instead of being arrested...he should get a bouquet of flowers!

Hey Achmed, ya dropped yer pacifier there! Put it back in...we want the Pallywood photographers to think ye'r just a little child:

Was he arrested? Did Israeli authorities enforce the new law? Anyone who picks up a rock, is treated as a potential terrorist?

Somebody should've shot his ass and place a knife next to his dying corpse!

That is the custom in Israel these days, is it not?

In fact, I think they should dig up the remains of King David and throw them in a Bedouin detention center in the middle of the Negev desert.

US, UK, NEW Zealand, etc. etc. Keep up, douchebag.

Legal status

Yeah, funny isn't it Achmed, in civilized societies you don't get away with throwing big rocks at people's heads.
WTF do you know about being civilized?

You're one of the most animalistic posters at this website.

Every one of your posts are completely void of humanity.
