But the federal government silenced "Hillary the Movie." Using McCain-Feingold. It was fine for leftists to release anti-Bush movies before an election - because reasons - but releasing an expose of Hillary was outlawed.

The SCOTUS upheld the First Amendment and the rights of even conservatives to engage in political speech.

This has a lot of parallels to the violence the democrats engaged in at the Trump inauguration and the refusal of the FBI or entrenched US Attorneys to uphold the law versus the reaction to the Reichstag fire. Two VERY similar actions, but completely different response because the left simply is not subject to the laws that govern the right.

democrats have been working to crush basic civil liberties for a long time. Citizens United is one time that civil rights won - and the democrats are STILL howling about it.

Fascism is a sect of socialism. Fascism is collectivist by definition. The idea of raising taxes to increase spending by the central government is a very collectivist idea - entirely consistent with fascism.

So WHAT is fascism?

You no doubt will trot our some Marxist moron spewing the big lie. But what leftist academia claims is utterly irrelevant. ONLY Benito Mussolini gets to define what Fascism is - it is his creation.

Fascism is ultimately the supremacy of the state, the concept that ALL power ultimately is the rightful domain of the central, in our case federal, government.

Mussolini was one of Vladimir Lenin's top lieutenants and deeply dedicated to the cause of socialism. But of course he was a megalomaniac and not going to play second fiddle to anyone, Il Deuce was the boss.
