There is no actual apparent count of the number of Tea Party House members who went to the washroom, just before midnight, to tap out gay messages to one another--for Sunday morning newsfare(?)! Even Hitler would eventually have to purge large segments of the fledgling, Nazi Party, decades ago.

The House GOP actually voted a separate measure to keep the government open--the military part!

House GOP votes to delay Obamacare for one year

Effectively, all the Senate Democrats have to do is reject the House measures passed early Sunday a.m. They then send a clean funding bill back to the House. If The House GOP wants to de-fund the U.S. Military, then that is on their doorstep! The rest of the House of Representatives have to talk with Pelosi, and then talk with Boehner. That easily will include GOP members with military money in their districts.

(Many White Eyes even listen to Disney ABC commentaries--even after "Lone Ranger" debacle. Anyone else sees how maybe even that came about!)

Negged for one of the stupidest posts I've witnessed in a long time. Gay messages?

What an asshole you are.

BTW the vote was almost unanimous from all GOP members of the House. Only 2 from NY State broke ranks.

And 2 D's voted for the delay in Obamacare.

Fabulous compromise bill. If anyone shuts down the government it will be Harry Reid and Obama for not compromising on a delay.

No one is going to believe that not giving in to demands from the right is a way to get blamed for a shutdown. It's the ones doing to demanding that are shutting it down. A "clean" bill would be one that the senate sent the house on friday.

The House Republicans are asking for a delay in Obamacare.

I think it is reasonable to ask that the taxes on medical devices be removed and the "conscience clause" should be honored.

The Senate is in recess until 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday: Leaving time for the Democrats to figure out how much loot to take away from House GOP Districts, clearly intended by Boehner, Cantor, McConnell, Paul, Paul et. al.

"directing money to particular purposes is a core constitutional function of Congress. If Congress does not make a specific allocation, the task falls to the executive branch; there is no guarantee that the allocation made by executive agencies will be superior to that of Congress.[12] Presidents and executive officials can use the allocation of spending to reward friends and punish enemies."

Boehner wants to give the Executive lump sum spending, then any guesses that Boehner likely wants the money sent to Democratic districts, instead!

Two positive votes by the GOP to keep government open.

That puts the GOP up 2-0.

So if economy regulator, former Speaker Hastert, is to be believed--then when the GOP brings Democrats on-board, then it no longer is in control--then The Democrats need only point to fixed percentage usury-monger, Hastert, for evidence in blaming the GOP for the shutdown.

As House Republicans debate, no sign government shutdown can be avoided - CSMonitor.com

Fixed percentage usury--economy regulation since possibly even before the ancient Sumerians--rewards the rich such that the poor cannot afford to pay the mortgages. The whole economy comes crashing on down, like the Soviet Bloc of the last century.

Bush-Cheney was not Clinton-Gore. The whole thing came crashing on down.

Here it is again.

(GOP goes, "Sock-it-to-me," "Sock-it-to-me," "Sock-it-to-me," With maybe only Nixon actually going on TV, "Sock-it-to-Me?!?" China can understand about the "Hastert Rule.")

So if the GOP compromises the left will crow they lost. If they don't compromise the left will crow they lost.
Sounds like time to ignore those leftist commie dick suckers and just do the right thing.

The Republicans actually want to keep the Pentagon open. That tends to follow the usual mantra since Reagan, "Peace through taking what deficit there is, and give it to the already prosperous defense contractors." The B-52's get to stay in the hangars(?), and be maintained.

Now the Democrats simply vote "no" to the Sunday morning House Response, and the absurdity of the traditional GOP mantra is sharply clarified. There is more to the federal government than just the bases. The Republicans have to run only for military bases, and nothing else?

(Many GOP take usual medicine--Go to Medicine Lodge. Sweat a lot. Run into cold river. Chill. Die! Maybe better sense to just drink stuff! More than one way to die early!)

The Pentagon stays open anyway, dumbshit.

If Boehner would let the house vote on a clean bill, it would pass, with all the Democrats and a handful of Republicans voting in favor. Basically, you've got 40 deranged Tea Party kooks, maybe 160 more standard Republicans terrified of being challenged in the primary by a deranged Tea Party kook, and the last few Republicans in safe districts who would vote with the Democrats.

So it's actually a minority in the House as well that's doing the hostage-taking.

However, Boehner seems to be the weakest Speaker in anyone's memory. I don't think he has any sort of plan, other than how to survive until tomorrow. What saves him is the fact that nobody else really wants the impossible job of Speaker now.

Anyways, Wall Street and the big donors are now pressuring the Republicans to stop this. Money talks, so they'll eventually cave, after finding some face-saving excuse.

The Rabbi poster is partially correct--noting that no one might be around to shut doors and gates at the Pentagon. The Military Rank and File will more likely get IOU's, which they presumably then turn into foreign airlines, for the next flight home(?).

GIs could still get paid on 15th if budget drama ends by Oct. 7, or soon after - U.S. - Stripes

Impacted districts with employers and employees likely will not get IOU's. It is not clear that banks much care for federal IOU's, and with a debt crisis looming.

If the debt limit fails to get extended, banks will also have to scramble to prevent a run on the banks at any rate. Federal Reserve will no time soon be winding down the $85.0 bil. buybacks of the worthless crap at the banks.

That latter problem came about from Bush-Cheney-Hastert. Before it mostly came about from Gaingrich.

(Maybe Afghanis will invite young braves to ceremony warrior games--buy shirts off their backs, and pants off their racks--and. . .young GI braves can then ride wild ponies like in olden times, in desert Southwest, wind against everything they've got!)
