The United states govt

Drug mule is a job title in the terrorist organization they belong in making them terrorist

So, all a Govt has to do is sanction something and they can then steal it.

I suppose you would be ok if say China did that to Saudi oil...right?

Then why is the US not executing anyone caught carrying drugs in the US on the spot, since they are according to your definition terrorist?

Because people in the United States are within the jurisdiction of our constitutional protections

Why would China sanction SA? Frankly they’ve done the opposite and strengthened their relations

So, the US does not have to follow its own constitution outside of the US borders?

In dealing with people subject to it, like Americans

But our jurisdiction isn’t the entire world

Venezuelans or folks in international water are t subject to our laws or constitutional protections

So we can just kill anyone we want at anytime for any reason as long as they are not on our soil.

To me that does not really sound much like what a free country that pictures itself as the leader of the free world should be doing.

But I will be damned if it does not make people like you happy as the day is long.

We aren’t doing that

We kill terrorist and people threatening our country

Yes, the US is doing that. It is doing that on almost a daily basis.

The people being killed are not a threat to the US and they are not terrorist by any logical meaning of the word.

The US has called them terrorist so that they can kill them at will.

There will be a reckoning one day for the US for its actions.

Provide proof the people in the boats were working for one of those organizations.

Thanks for saving me from saying that even the US government cannot provide such proof.

Can you honestly tell me you really think the US government knows who is on each of those boats they have blown up?

So the US is going to engage in more piracy because killing people willy nilly in international waters is just not enough.

No, history show that the U.S. has consistently followed the Monroe Doctrine on the High Seas and was primarily instrument in Freedom of the Sea doctrine.
The U.S. Navy plays a crucial role in enforcing the Freedom of the Seas doctrine, ensuring that international waters remain open for trade and navigation. Approximately 80% of global trade by volume is transported by ship, highlighting the importance of this principle for global commerce and U.S. economic interests.
Rogue and smuggler ships, often referred to as part of a "dark fleet," operate in the Caribbean, primarily involved in illicit activities such as oil and drug smuggling. These vessels typically evade detection by altering their location transponders, making it difficult for authorities to track their movements.
The activities of rogue ships pose significant challenges for maritime security and international law enforcement. The U.S. government has stated that it will not allow sanctioned vessels to operate freely, indicating a potential escalation in military actions against these smuggling operations.

Yep, the US used to keep the high seas free and safe.

Now the US are the pirates and the biggest danger
