The FDNY assessed the enormous damaged caused to WTC 7 from pieces of debris from WTC 1 and 2. They noted the uncontrollable fires, the buckling, the leaning of WTC 7. The put a transit on the building and measured its slow structural failure. And pulled the fire fighters back and evacuated the area (including press like the BBC) when they made the assessment that the WTC would collapse.

That WTC 7 was going to collapse wasn't a secret. The FDNY knew it hours before it happened and evacuated their people and everyone else according long before the building collapsed.

More like negligence. The CIA was busy paving the way for Clinton's bombing campaign in Yugoslavia while 9-11 terrorists were attending flight school in Florida. The CIA hasn't been in front of any important event in modern history since Wild Bill Donovan was playing spy.

I have no proof, obviously, but I have this gut feeling that the CIA knew well about the attack beforehand, and they did jack-all to stop it. They wanted the plane to crash int the tower, they wanted people to jump to their deaths, and in fact, they actually put cameras everywhere, to capture the footage of people jumping to their deaths. I am not making this up, there is literal footage of people jumping to their deaths from multiple angles. I mean, I can sort of understand if it was one person who just happened to be filming the towers that day, but multiple cameras? Come on, people would actually have to be stupid to believe that this was not planned.
