Yes, but I doubt she would have won if she had picked Shapiro. While he would have helped her win Pennsylvania, he would have really hurt her with the Palestinian lovers on the left. And, from what I understand, he was wanting major powers as VP and she wasn't going with that. I don't know who she could have picked who she would have won with but Walz was a loser from the getgo. The biggest reason she picked him was because he used the term Wierd and it really helped her in the polls early on, until everyone began realizing it was actually him that was weird.

Your point is correct. Picking Walz instead of Shapiro obviously lost her PA, but it also likely influenced her loss in other states. She showed what an idiot she is with the pick, of course, but it also signaled to voters in every state what an extreme, radical, near-Marxist team the two of them would be.

Shapiro, while liberal, is not a radical. But nooooo……she was warned that picking a Jew would anger her antisemitic base, and that, together with the fact that he is an intelligent, strong man was enough to scare her off him.
