Oh stop it. Sanger was pro-women and pro black activist before being so was cool. Her whole family were very active in the black community trying to help. She rightly realized that having kids kept women in poverty and married to abusive husbands. She supported job training, self reliance for women, and fewer kids giving the women that she helped throughout her lifetime a better opportunity to escape poverty and bad marriages with their kids in tow and in a better position to start life.

plan parenthood finally canceled Sanger as a prominent figurehead in their organizations history ! many on the left will say she wasnt a racist and was taken out of context but apparently planned parenthood would disagree with that claim .

Margret Sanger quotes are faked for political purposes. She was for contraception and health care for poor women. Too many died young from repeated pregnancies and miscarriages. The cemeteries we're full of them. Contraception was hard to get and in some cases against the law... Especially for poor women of any color.
