Did anyone read the book Culture of Critique?

Is the book "Culture of Critique" by Kevin MacDonald something worth spending money on? I heard the book was mentioned every so often but I haven't made up my mind if I wanted to spend $ 30 on a book what may not worth it and just adds to the items cluttering the room and the extra surface to dust maintenance.

If you would advise in this, I appreciated it.

Ah, I did not know it was a conspiracy theory.

I assumed it was a scholarly work researched and supported with bibliography as I've read on Amazon but with Amazon reviews one never knows who is trying to sell what.
