The first day they were showing the video. Now they stop right before the shot. I want to see the person run around. Do they run like a girl? They were proficient with the gun. That doesn't sound like a girl. But they practice shooting too so..

In Houston, TX that killer would have already been caught.

Houston city council approved and ordinance/law that EVERY single business must have cameras displayed outside of all business and companies.

They catch every crook fast. Seems like NY does not have such an ordinance/law in place.

I think the pic that looks like a female has been photoshopped.

Compare the 2 photos...the foot in the background is identical (standing on the ball of the foot as if in motion). The thumbs of the perp are in the EXACT same position with no movement.

And in the male pic his eyes are almost under his hood...if he lifted his chin (as shown in the female pic) his eyes would have been under the hood & we couldn't see them.

the female pic is just zoomed in a bit closer.

I think they are one & the same pic...just one has been touched up (face added).
