WHO called Iran to apologize, sympathize, and show solidarity with the 'peace-loving' Iranian regime afterwards?

WHO, after Iran fired 15 missiles at US troops and killed 176 innocent men, women, and children by shooting down a plane, after she apologized to Iran, is seeking to strip the President of his power to protect the country, our troops, and American citizens? (Remember how Barry bragged to the world how he made the world safer by isolating ISIS inside of Syria...
right before they perpetrated the largest attack on France since WWII?)
