The WMDs were there. A secretary at my law firm had friends in the military who told her they found WMDs. They were manufactured in France, Germany and Russia, the three nations that would have voted against the Iraq invasion in the UN Security Council had a vote been taken. Our government obviously decided to keep the WMDs a secret, so as to avoid embarrassing our so-called "allies" who sold WMDs to a genocidal murderer who then used them against his own people. Bush took a lot of flak for his "mistake", but he obviously believed that protecting our allies' reputations was more important than protecting his own. One day the truth will get out, it always does, and Bush will be fully vindicated.
