Big city school teachers in Liberal cities....most definitely.

If tobacco and alcohol advertisements are not allowed in certain venues because it will influence young people to use their products....

The Department enforces federal law which protects against abuses that states did not stop.

There are some school districts that this meme is VERY appropriate....as in certain California and Oregon schools.

Other school districts are fine. No need for much of anything except leaving them be.
