Is there an official manual on how Christmas should be celebrated?

Do you think it would be an attack on black history month if you decided to celebrate it by substituting your race for blacks? Maybe you love and respect black history month, but you want to have a friendly white supremacy month and just celebrate it a little differently than blacks do? The blatant lefty war on Christmas is self evident, there is no debate that it rages on, which is why this thread is not about debating if the war exists or not. This thread is simply asking why lefties feel compelled to deny something that is self evident. Do you really think that denying it will create any doubt that the war rages on?

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans. It is not celebrated as anything else. However, Christmas is different. It is both a sacred religious holiday and a worldwide cultural and commercial celebration.

For two millennia, people around the world have been observing it with traditions and practices that are both religious and secular in nature. The middle of winter has long been a time of celebration around the world. Centuries before the arrival of the man called Jesus, early Europeans celebrated light and birth in the darkest days of winter. In Scandinavia, the Norse celebrated Yule from December 21, the winter solstice, through January. In Germany, people honored the pagan god Oden during the mid-winter holiday. In Rome, it was a holiday in honor of Saturn, the god of agriculture. It wasn't till 4th century, that Christmas was celebrated by Christians as the birthday of Christ. Some Muslims and Jews today celebrate Christmas as a cultural event, not a religious one. In the business world, Christmas is significant because Christmas is typically a peak selling season for retailers in many nations around the world. Christmas is a time for giving which translates to a time for buying.

With Christmas meaning different thing to different people around the world, it would seen that some Christians are the ones denying Christmas by insisting that those with different beliefs accept their definition of Christmas.

So it is no surprise that lefties are atheists, and we know that Christmas is a religion based holiday. Why then, do lefties deny their war on Christmas? When lefties try to replace "Merry Christmas" with "happy holiday", why do they claim there is no war on Christmas? When lefties remake Christmas songs with woke agenda, why do they deny their war on Christmas? What advantage does denying the war on Christmas have for Christmas hating lefties?

If there is a war on Christmas, it is coming from Christians who seek to push their religious beliefs on others in public schools, public places, and who scorn businesses who maintain a specular view of Christmas.

The atheists and secular people I know -- which is quite a few, given that i hang with academics, artists, and educated professionals -- quite enjoy Christmas.
