Zone1 Is it just me or are Western europeans more restraint towards differences then Muslims?

I have only a few muslim friends but they usually say Happy Easter or happy Christmas when its orthodox
Western Europeans do not they say that on catholic easter and christmas to me but ignore orthodox they wont say it i dont know why
Croats do though but not austrians or british and such
I greet everyone on every holiday muslim catholic orthodox or jewish

The orthodox have the same or very similar bible i know that the protestant and catholic bibles are slightly different as the catholic bible has a book more in the old testament but otherwise its the same bible thats true for orthodox too
The gospels and new testament are the same im sure i think its probably more similar to the catholic bible then protestant
